Luvly<\/strong>, a Swedish micromobility vehicle manufacturer, has announced a new partnership with Stellantis, allowing the world\u2019s fourth-largest automotive group to test the innovative technology of vehicles designed for assembly. This collaboration focuses on an electric microcar, whose chassis, patented by Luvly, stands out for its use of large composite panels joined with aluminum connectors. Various essential components, such as suspensions, motors, and body panels, are then mounted onto these panels. The company has already assured that the safety of its small model has been a top priority, with the quadricycle’s structure featuring a layer of aluminum between two layers of plastic foam, designed to absorb impacts in the event of a collision.<\/p>\n

According to Luvly’s promise, the microcar will be delivered to customers packaged and ready for assembly. However, the assembly will be carried out by specialized technicians from the company directly at the customer’s location, strictly adhering to safety standards. The one-year collaboration between Stellantis and Luvly aims to explore the potential of the Swedish brand’s distinctive approach to vehicle design and production, focusing on lightweight materials, accessibility, and safety. “We believe that our technology has the potential to revolutionize the way vehicles are designed and built. We are very excited to have the opportunity to work with Stellantis on this project”,<\/em> said H\u00e5kan Lutz, CEO of Luvly<\/strong>, in an exclusive interview with Zag Daily.<\/p>\n

The Luvly O<\/strong>, announced in 2023, is not yet available for purchase. The vehicle is equipped with a 6.4 kWh battery, providing a maximum range of 100 km and a weight of less than 400 kg.
